    Dampen skin and hands with warm water and apply a small amount of Polish to fingertips and gently massage in circular motions onto the face and throat. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Skin will feel silky soft and smooth, follow with Phi Cosmeceutical serum and moisturiser. Use 2-3 times a week.

    Note: This product is highly active which is why it has been put into a dark airless pump container.  When using Hero, you may find that you get some small granules through the serum and whitening around the nozzle area.  This is due to the product oxidizing when it has come into contact with air after a period of time. The granules have formed due to the serum that is remaining in the spout of the nozzle and it has come into contact with air which gives it that crystal effect, it can be a little annoying to take these tiny bits off the face but we did not want to lower the concentration of any of the ingredients.  Your product has not destabilized or gone off and no air has come into contact with the serum in the container it is still very much effective and we promise that with consistent use you will love this serum as much as we do.

    Tyrostat™ 11 - Rumex Occidentalis (Western Dock) Extract - Rumex extract is derived from plants of the Rumex genus which is found in Canadian Prairies. It is known as a very effective inhibitor of tyrosinase, which is found in both human skin and plant tissue. The inhibition of tyrosinase helps to reduce the formation of unwanted pigmentation and age spots. The skin tone also gets improved. is widely used to treat melasma.


    Tranexamic acid - Provides a powerful and specific anti-inflammatory action, inhibiting the tyrosinase synthesis in melanocytes. At the same time it blocks the transfer of pigment from melanocytes to keratinocytes in the epidermis. Tranexamic acid also calms the skin and helps restore the skin barrier.


    Bakuchiol- is a naturally derived/ plant-based retinol-alternative which helps to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while sealing in hydration. Derived from the Ayurvedic Babchi plant, Bakuchiol has the same collagen-stimulating benefits of retinol and the ability to visibly plump and firm skin. It has been compared as a gentle and safe alternative to retinol which can be harsh on sensitive skin, helping to improve cell turnover with the power of natural botanicals. Gentle enough for the most sensitive skin types, Bakuchiol works with the skin to refine the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improving skin texture and supporting collagen production and skin elasticity for bright, plump and smooth skin.
